What are the functions of the SPC?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3690c6d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3690c6d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e90ed51\" data-id=\"e90ed51\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64fae60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64fae60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The Study Program Committee (SPC)<\/strong> is the main institution responsible for monitoring and organizing the quality and improvement of a study program.<\/p><p>The committee consists of no fewer than 5 members:<\/p><ul><li>No fewer than 3 instructors actively involved in the program.<\/li><li>At least one representative from social partners.<\/li><li>At least one student representative.<\/li><li>At least one representative from departments offering specializations (if the program has specializations).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>The purpose of the Committee: to ensure the quality of the study programme.<\/strong><\/p><p>Functions:<\/p><ol><li>Prepare a description of the study program and improve it based on surveys conducted by students.<\/li><li>Compile a summary of the self-analysis of the study program for internal and external evaluation and accreditation.<\/li><li>Publish the results at the university and discuss them with the academic staff and students of the study program.<\/li><li>Take care of presenting the study program on websites and compile a list of modules for additional studies.<\/li><li>Initiate the implementation of advanced study methods, including online methods, in the study program and provide suggestions to departments (instructors) to improve the prepared materials for online studies.<\/li><\/ol><p>Memo prepared on the basis of <a href=\"https:\/\/vilniustech.lt\/media\/files\/_1\/62-2-2--studiju-programu-komitetu-nuostatai.pdf\">this document<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Studij\u0173 programos komiteto atmintin\u0117 Kas yra studij\u0173 programos komitetas?
